• Executive Property Management Rental Requirements:

All applicants will undergo an in-depth screening and verification process, which involves the applicant’s credit history, previous rental history, eviction check, and criminal background check as part of the screening process. Executive Property Management leasing requirements for residency are listed below:

1. Credit- Minimum credit score of 550; all scores above 550 are reviewed and acceptable unless they do not meet the other requirements (such as Housing debt, evictions, felonies).
2. Income- Your gross income must be 3 times the monthly rental rate of the property you are applying for. Unless they are on Housing assistance.
3. Rental History Check- Cromwell Group will conduct a rental history check and we will allow a maximum of two late payments within a 12-month period.
4. Criminal History Check- Cromwell Group will conduct a State and National Criminal Background check on each applicant.
5. Eviction check- We will conduct an Eviction Check on the State and National levels. Unsatisfied housing debt/evictions will result in all applicants being considered denied.
