If you are in the market for your perfect rental home, you have come to the right place. As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.

- Qualifying
- Executive Property Management Rental Requirements:
- Credit- Minimum credit score of 550; all scores above 550 are reviewed and acceptable unless they do not meet the other requirements (such as Housing debt, evictions, felonies).
- Income- Your gross income must be 3 times the monthly rental rate of the property you are applying for. Unless they are on Housing assistance.
- Rental History Check- Cromwell Group will conduct a rental history check and we will allow a maximum of two late payments within a 12-month period.
- Criminal History Check- Cromwell Group will conduct a State and National Criminal Background check on each applicant.
- Eviction check- We will conduct an Eviction Check on the State and National levels. Unsatisfied housing debt/evictions will result in all applicants being considered denied.
- Apply Online
All applicants will undergo an in-depth screening and verification process, which involves the applicant’s credit history, previous rental history, eviction check, and criminal background check as part of the screening process.
