Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, if you are open to accepting the Housing Choice “ Section 8 “ Recipients you will need to meet the HUD standards and requirements. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, Executive Property Management LLC is licensed with the Alabama Real Estate Commission and the State of Alabama. -
Can I reach you after hours?
By emailing the team member you are assigned to, contact the on-call person by phone(details will be disclosed with all management agreements), or contact the Qualifying Broker. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, monthly payments are sent by electronic funds transfer (EFT). -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
All executed leases are provide+ -
How and when do I get my checks?
Once a month between 10th-15th of each month. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
The intake process of a new homeowner is based on how fast the requested homeowner documents; can be received and then the management agreement can be sent out for signatures (Ideally 24-72 hours). -
What type of properties do you manage?
Affordable Housing. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
All security deposits are held in an escrow account.
